Service is what propels this tour operator from great to excellent. The Northeast Region of Iceland is a vast landscape and navigating it on your own would be difficult. The guides at North Travel know this region intimately and their tours include the best sights you might not find otherwise.
The guides and company are fully licensed by Iceland Tourist Board. By keeping travel group sizes to a maximum of six for their day tours and 7 on their three-day hiking expedition you have your guides devote attention. These knowledgeable guides are able to teach you important safety guidelines, explain Iceland's wilderness, answer all of your questions, and much more. They are truly gifted in providing you with an elite excursion.
With conveniences like pick-up and drop-off around Akureyri, surprises such as lending a camera for their Northern Lights photography tour, and the option for totally private tours, North Travel has crafted their tours with visitors in mind. It's not very often a company would fully reimburse you if a trip was canceled due to weather, but with North Travel Private Guides and Tours they'll do just that.
North Travel has cultivated three tours to choose from. They have accumulated the best sightseeing opportunities, transport, and guides for each. Click on the title for more information.
