About The Yoga Holiday Retreat in South Goa
Little Cove Yoga Holiday Retreat Goa was the dream of accomplished yogi and owner, Mahendra Pardeshi. In 2006, Pardeshi earned a Diploma in Ashtanga Yoga and Naturopathy from Ashirward Yoga & Naturopathic College in Nashik, Maharashtra. Following graduation, Pardeshi furthered his studies in yoga at Gaytri Dham Ashram in Rishikesh. After spending a year at the ashram, he spent six seasons teaching yoga and naturopathy in the Himalayan cities of Ladakh and Manali. In 2007, he opened up his own yoga studio, "Ashiward Yoga Studio" in the busy beach town of Palolem in Goa. Wanting to provide guests with a more tranquil yoga experience, it was in January 2012 that Pardeshi decided to open Ashtanga Yoga Goa School & Holiday Retreat in Cola Beach.
