Cost: Tours start at $75
La Boya is one of the best waves in the whole DR (right hand reef point break), even though its a pretty localized spot considering it's next to the capital of the island, the crowd is only in effect during off work hours, so at 8:30 AM, everyone leaves the water to go to work, but not Aloha Punta Cana.
